Troubleshooting

Kofax Export Connector for ERP Administrator's Guide

Click CS Admin.



Select the Overview tab and verify that the HTTP Content Server is running. If the

HTTP Content Server is running, a green light appears in the Cust. column.



Select the Details tab and verify that the HTTP Content Server is running. If the HTTP

Content Server is running, a green light appears in the Cust. column.

Select the Certificates tab and verify that the certificates are valid.


