You can enter keywords for invoice numbers and assign a weight to each keyword.

For example, “invoice number” would likely have a high weight of 100% whereas

just “number” alone might have a lower weight around 50%. You can also assign

negative weights to words like “customer number.”

Instead of keywords, dictionaries can be used. Dictionaries are defined in the Project

Settings dialog box Dictionaries Tab. The weight then applies to all words in the

dictionaries.

Invoice Number Keywords

You can enter a keyword or insert a set of keyword by selecting a dictionary. To

use a dictionary, click the right arrow button. You can select an existing

dictionary or add a new one by selecting Dictionary Settings.

Keyword/Dictionary Options

Select one of these options to identify the nature of the item in the Keyword field.

If it is a reference to a dictionary file, select dictionary. Otherwise select

Keyword.
